Notes and explanations:
- Submit plans and specifications to suppliers/vendors in order that they have an idea of the scope of work including quantities.
- For most purchases setting up accounts is easier than making provision to pay COD. Some specialty one-time purchases can be paid COD.
- Provide tax exempt forms to vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide contact name or sales person for accounts.
All of the above vendors and materials listed will not be needed at every project. Use the plans and specifications to determine which items are appropriate. ChurchCare will help the church identify the specific items.
